Iraq Chairs International Dialogue in The Hague on Evidence Exchange in Terrorism Cases

Iraq's National Center for International Judicial Cooperation chaired an international dialogue in The Hague, focusing on mechanisms of judicial cooperation and evidence exchange in counter-terrorism cases. Participants, including representatives from European and American countries as well as prominent international organizations, discussed methods of handling digital evidence and witness testimonies in transnational organized crime. Attendees emphasized the need to enhance joint coordination to support accountability and justice efforts on a global scale.
