International Initiative for the Conditional Release of Frozen Iranian Assets to Meet Humanitarian Needs

Reports have revealed international cooperation aimed at developing a plan for the conditional release of billions of dollars in frozen Iranian assets, to be directed exclusively toward meeting humanitarian needs such as purchasing food and medicine. This initiative is considered an incentive step toward reaching a comprehensive and final settlement of ongoing disputes. These developments coincide with the signing of memorandums of understanding aimed at ending previous military tensions, resuming regional navigation, and lifting maritime restrictions, alongside affirmations of commitments not to develop nuclear weapons, with the details of the nuclear program to be addressed through separate agreements at a later stage.
