15-Year Prison Sentences for "Terror Gang" Members After Their Capture in Baghdad

The Baghdad Al-Karkh Police Command announced on Sunday the dismantling of a criminal network locally known as the "Terror Gang" in the Al-Shuala area, after executing precise security operations. The command stated in a security release that the Al-Karkh Criminal Court issued strict 15-year prison sentences against three gang members, after convicting them of carrying out armed robberies and muggings that targeted residential homes and terrified citizens. The police renewed their commitment to striking organized crime gangs, calling on residents to enhance security cooperation and report any suspicious cases.
