The report explained that the US president refused to intervene militarily in Yemen despite "bin Salman's insistence," noting that "the US president stressed to Mohammed bin Salman that the United States has no plans for direct military intervention against the Houthis in Yemen."

The report added, citing special sources, that the commander of US Central Command traveled to Saudi Arabia to coordinate with it regarding the Houthis' advances in recent battles, without revealing further details.
