Al-Numan: September 30 Will Eliminate Any Justification for Action Outside State Frameworks
mesoiraq - The spokesman for the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Sabah Al-Numan, confirmed that September 30 of this month represents a strategic turning point in the history of the Iraqi military and security institution, stressing that it will eliminate any justification for action outside the scope of the state.
Al-Numan said that September 30 embodies the practical transition toward full self-reliance and the management of Iraq's security space with independent national hands.
He added that the Iraqi Armed Forces have become exclusively responsible for shaping the stability landscape and protecting the country's skies without the need for any foreign umbrellas, noting that consolidating national sovereignty is the cornerstone of strength and the legal and field basis on which all security agencies rely.
He clarified that this date will be decisive and will eliminate any justification for movement outside the official frameworks and contexts of the state.
