Customs Seize Non-Compliant Cargo at Bawa Mahmoud Checkpoint

The General Customs Authority announced on Friday the interception of a truck carrying Iranian-origin plastic rolls that violated regulatory standards at the Bawa Mahmoud control checkpoint. Jointly conducted with the National Security Service and Customs Police, inspections revealed fraudulent barcode labeling identifying imported goods as domestic products. Formal legal documentation was completed for regulatory enforcement.
