Field investigations revealed severe violations in the valuation and sale process of a property located within the urban expansion zones of Ramadi, as it was offered at a price significantly below its actual market value. Consequently, the judiciary issued immediate orders to suspend the sale, referred the case for comprehensive auditing, and summoned the legal representatives of the relevant departments to investigate the infractions.
