Integrity Commission Initiates Decisive Actions to Resume Work on Shuala and Hurriya Hospitals

An official statement detailed that the completion rate stands at 92.7% for Shuala Hospital and 73% for Hurriya Hospital. The commission attributed the stalling primarily to a lack of funding, delayed financial disbursements, and hurdles in infrastructure integration and medical equipment procurement. Noting that the Hurriya Hospital project experienced a staggering halt of 3,285 days due to various obstacles, the commission confirmed that high-level coordination with government bodies has begun. This aims to secure the necessary financial allocations and expedite the hospitals' operational readiness.
