Iraq has adjusted the official exchange rate of its currency, with the rate moving from 1,300 dinars per US dollar to 1,500 dinars. The Ministry of Finance stated in an official announcement that the new rate was approved during a cabinet meeting to meet relevant financial, economic, and monetary demands, following the stabilization of the previous rate several years ago.
