Ministry of Justice Clarifies Details of Traffic Accident Involving the Minister on Baghdad Airport Road

The Ministry of Justice issued an official statement regarding a traffic accident involving the vehicle carrying the Minister of Justice and the Senior Undersecretary on the highway leading to Baghdad International Airport. The Ministry clarified that the incident occurred when a speeding civilian vehicle collided with the ministerial convoy. Official traffic investigators determined that the civilian driver was 100% liable for the crash due to excessive speeding and reckless driving. The Ministry confirmed that the collision resulted only in minor material damage to both vehicles and the road's safety barrier, with no casualties reported, adding that standard legal procedures have been initiated against the liable driver.
