Oil revenues continued to dominate, accounting for 80% at 28.433 trillion dinars, while non-oil revenues stood at about 7.513 trillion dinars. On the expenditure side, total public spending exceeded 54.673 trillion dinars, with employee compensation (salaries) consuming the largest share at over 30.7 trillion dinars. Financial indicators highlight a widening gap between revenues and expenditures, with spending surpassing state resources by roughly 18.727 trillion dinars, reflecting growing economic challenges.
