Leaders within the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) confirmed that two personnel were injured in a strike targeting the Basra Operations Command headquarters in the Nhran Omar area. The PMF noted that heightened security readiness for pilgrimage protection and border monitoring mitigated potential human losses. Official investigations led by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces have been initiated to assess the circumstances surrounding the strikes across multiple command sites, which resulted in casualties and injuries.
