Prime Minister Receives Official Invitation from Russian President to Attend Gas Exporting Countries Forum

Prime Minister Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi received an official invitation from Russian President Vladimir Putin to participate in the eighth meeting of Heads of State and Government of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF), scheduled to be held in Moscow. This came during his reception of the Russian Ambassador to Iraq, Elbrus Kutrashev, who delivered two congratulatory messages from the Russian leadership. The messages underscored the depth of bilateral relations built on mutual respect and shared aspirations to advance cooperation in ways that serve both nations and promote regional and international security.
