Supreme Judicial Council Approves Judge Promotions and Warns Against Fake Judicial Institute Courses

mesoiraq - The Supreme Judicial Council held its twelfth session chaired by the President of the Federal Court of Cassation, Judge Dr. Faiq Zidan, during which a number of judges and public prosecutors were promoted.

The judicial media stated in a statement that the session began by eulogizing the late retired judge Abdul Khaleq Imran Faris, before the council discussed granting judicial positions based on public interest and legal workflow requirements.

In the same context, the council warned law degree holders against dealing with advertisements circulating on social media platforms regarding qualification courses for the Judicial Institute test, stressing that they are fake and have no official connection to the judiciary.
