Wasit Police Apprehend Suspects Involved in Shootings and Injuring a Civilian

Security forces in Wasit Governorate successfully arrested two suspects involved in a series of shooting incidents targeting residential properties, which resulted in the injury of a citizen. The Police Command stated that the arrests followed a precise security chase, during which the suspects, riding a motorcycle, attempted to resist the forces using firearms. The operation led to their complete neutralization and the confiscation of the weapons and ammunition in their possession. They have been referred to the competent judicial authorities for further legal action.
