National Security Advisor from Moscow: Iraq is Not an Arena for Settling Scores, We Reject Targeting Civilians

In his speech at the First International Security Forum in Moscow, National Security Advisor Qasim Al-Araji asserted that Iraq will not allow its territory to serve as a battleground for regional or international conflicts and score-settling. He emphasized that genuine security is built through equal partnerships and dialogue rather than military force.
