Communications Authority Confirms Continued Closure of Korek Telecom and Debt Obligations

The authority clarified that the ruling focused on maintaining the settlement agreement for debt scheduling, obligating Korek to satisfy all outstanding financial dues owed to the state treasury.

It further emphasized that Korek's headquarters will remain closed due to the expiration of its operating license, warning that any unauthorized reopening will incur full legal and administrative penalties.
