The Baiji district in Salah al-Din Governorate witnessed a tragic drowning incident of a young man in the Tigris River, prompting immediate intervention by rescue teams. Security sources reported that the victim hails from the Tal Abu Jarad area. Upon receiving the report, local authorities and civil defense teams declared a state of high alert in the region.
