Minister of Defense Cancels Disciplinary Penalties for Military and Civilian Personnel
mesoiraq - The Minister of Defense issued a ministerial order canceling disciplinary penalties imposed on officers and ranks in the armed forces, as well as penalties imposed on civilian employees. The decision comes on the occasion of assuming new duties, in appreciation of the efforts and sacrifices of armed forces personnel and to boost their morale.
