Ministry of Interior Dispatches Committee to Finalize Permanent Status for Contract Employees in Babylon

Member of the Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee, MP Yasser Iskander Watout, confirmed that the Ministry of Interior has dispatched a specialized committee to Babylon Province to finalize the permanent employment status of the 2023 contract personnel. Watout stated that the committee will audit data and complete all necessary administrative and legal procedures to transition the Ministry of Interior contracts to the permanent staff within the provincial police command. He added that work remains ongoing to gradually stabilize contracts from other years in accordance with the ministry's approved plans.
