Real Estate Registration Initiates Comprehensive Database to Support National Housing Initiative
The Real Estate Registration Department announced the commencement of technical and administrative preparations to develop an accurate and comprehensive database of property-owning citizens across all its directorates. This move comes in direct support of the requirements to implement the initiative to distribute one million residential land plots. During a broad meeting with branch directors, the Director-General of the Department, Ibtisam Rahim Abdullah, directed the expedited completion of this project in execution of ministerial decisions and in support of the government initiative launched by Prime Minister Ali Al-Zaidi. Abdullah explained that the primary goal of creating the database is to organize real estate information, ensure transparency, and streamline distribution procedures for eligible beneficiaries, confirming that specialized committees have been instructed to enhance joint coordination with relevant institutions to complete the project with the required speed and accuracy.
