Unlicensed Factory Closed and 15 Residency Violators Arrested North of Baghdad

mesoiraq - The Baghdad Operations Command announced the closure of an unlicensed charcoal production factory in the Taji district, north of the capital, along with the arrest of 15 foreign workers for violating residency and nationality conditions. The operation was carried out by a joint security and environmental committee as part of efforts to audit non-compliant factories, aiming to reduce environmental pollution and harmful gas emissions associated with unregulated production processes. All necessary legal measures were taken against the violators.
